This Secure, HIPPA complaint, and HITECH certified Portal allows you to schedule on-line from anywhere, view your billing and payment history, and even make co-payments with a Virtual Payments function. Patients can log on at home, work or on the road, and view and update their records, complete forms in real time and accomplish many other tasks to save time.

The Patient Portal is for all Existing Patients. To access this portal you will need to contact us to get your new secure and unique Pin Number, which is created on your first visit. Using a secure username and password, you are able view your health information, including recent doctor visits, discharge summaries, and special test results. In addition, you can exchange secure e-mails with our amazing Thrive Milpitas doctors, request medical referrals, check benefits and coverage, update contact information, make payments, download and complete forms and view educational material.

Are you not good on the computer, or resist going online for yet another login? We promise, the Patient Portal will be a health tool that will improve your quality of life, and you will end up loving it. It lets you work from home at your own pace. Think about it, you can search the site at your leisure, pause to relax, pour a cup of (fill in your choice of drink) and come back to your computer.
